★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealer not ready to take any responsibility at all. Very casual behavior towards customer's complaint. I bought Acrylic putty buckets which after opening found too watery. Very low viscosity of putty. But upon calling the dealer, he was like, he can't do anything on that. Being such a reputed dealer, he should be little sensitive towards customer's complaint and convey our issues to company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just don't go there ! I went there couple of times and found that the guy who sits at Asian paints reception counter really arrogant.
He won't show you the colour that you asked him to show from the catalog. He just know few colour codes, randomly put it on the visualiser software and tell you to purchase it.
I find him funny as well, because he doesn't show the colour that th customer wanted him to show, rather he will show you color what he likes. Every colour that I did choose,he told me it won't look good ?
In my second visit that guy made me wait for 35 mins and went somewhere, when I reported it back to the owner who sits in the main counter, he also looked clueless and started scolding him.
A message for the owner: please appointment a responsible person at the reception. I found that including me there are atleast 7 customers, who returned back without purchasing just because he doesn't willing to give service/or not available.
He claims to be the colour advisor of Bijay paints but seems to be the person who just don't want to help.
