★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given 1 star as I had to write this review.. If google allows negative rating I will definitely give this shop -5... Or I would rather say it is not even worth of giving any rating..
Big time liars and cheaters they are....
I happened to purchase a door bell from this shop..I asked them to show me musical ones and they showed me remote bell of vinay company which is used in offices.. I enquired how to fix it outside to which they explained to drill screws through the button provided..
I purchased the same for Rs 600/- and called electrician to fix it up.. He explained me that it is not possible to drill holes through the button and same is not useful as doorbell but just for office purposes..
I went to the shop to return it.. Every bit including the packing was intact.. As electrician didnt even open it..
The shopowner who was enthusiastic while selling that useless piece told me to talk to the salesman.. The salesman straightaway said that we won't return it..I requested him to take it back and show me something else for that money or I was even ready to purchase something else..
But he said no... I kept requesting him saying that he can sell it what will do will do wid that..its of no use to me.. Show me something else.. They boast of such a huge shop and such pathetic is their service.. While all this was going on the owner had no audacity to intervene.. So I told to keep that bell for himself and walked away.. To my utter shock and surprise they kept that bell..without returning my money..
We all purchase so many things online and we return it sometimes..but all this is hassle free.. Not only online portals but all shops do have return policy...
There is nothing printed on their receipt regarding non-refund or non- return policy..
I was not expecting such pathetic service from allegedly big shop..
This is nothing but cheating... Never ever purchase anything from this shop..

And I am not satisfied by the product...
And after 2 hrs of purchasing i called him to replace with other Model and as usual he denied for the same...
And after I saw he already mark the warranty certificate in absence of mine...
And he make the customers fool...
Very bad service..
Think twice before purchasing from here...

When requested to open mixer boxes and show the products, they denied saying that other customers wouldn't buy it once opened.
But when they actually opened the box of the product I had selected, I was shocked to see that the sealing consisted of plain sellotape!
Thus, their reasoning was bs. When I tried to reason it out, the owner tried to rudely shut me off.
Incindently, there are many more shops for similar goods in that lane. So better buy from some decent shopper.
