★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is big apartment complex, society and people are friendly, electric generator and Full CCTV coverage is present , as far as if you lost a key the security guard can track your footage and find your key, cctv is also present in every floor so issue related to thief or burglary is heavy reduced
Car parking space is present, it is cramped up as lot of people live here for obvious reason
The location is good it is not exactly near the main road but a 5 min walk away from it
I would still suggest you to have a car or bike or bicycle if you wanna buy something from bazaar or to buy your general groceries you can use it according to your wish .
The place is quiet and peaceful ? no traffic sounds
There is a small children park present just outside the apartment.
If you wanna live with your family and if you get a place for. Maybe rent or buying the flat
I will strongly recommend you won't find a better place then this and I strong recommend to move here if you get a chance.
