★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and well maintained outlet of bikanervala with a good ambience. Tried Masala Dosa for the first time today on 1st of March 2020, dosa was fine, but sambhar ,coconut chutney and tomato chutney were not up to standards. Sambhar was very watery with very large pieces of vegetables. Chutneys were tasteless too. Need to maintain food standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We occassionally visited this restaurant.Food is good and price are reasonable. But today I ordered a Thali and saw burnt bread ( jalli hui tandoori roti) and asked to cook to change it but instead of accept his mistake he started argument and he was not ready to replace it . After a long argument he changed but misbehaved continuously until we left the restaurant. I am just surprised that in Bikanerwala
there was no manager or other administrative person was available who can say sorry for his employee misbehaiour.Really a very bad experience of today where I am visiting more than 20+ years.Preet Vihar Bikanerwala is So good then Krishna Nagar.
Even Haldiram is much better then this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good place to have food with family. The food is incredible and the place is maintained very nicely. They have restaurant on 1st floor and the sweets and other snacks are at the ground floor. The environment is really great. It is really close to the Krishna Nagar metro station. Really loved it!

The food is also decent but not that great as we expect it from an bikaner franchise.
It has a serious problem of parking space as it is situated on a very busy intersection on Main mandir marg of krishna nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt this brand maintained their hygiene & wide range of products in their outlet. Along with that there is ample space for a family gathering & they do have a party hall as well.
But only thing which is not upto the mark was their quality which i was expecting.
Their prices were similar to HALDIRAMS and in some cases even higher than haldirams & because of that i was expecting the quality to be that much good.
But honestly i totally hate the rasmalai which they served. It was not even creamy so that one can feel its softness and texture. And serving portion is also very less according to the prices they were charging.
