★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the open space. It's not cramped and not stuffed with too many tables for more biz.
Food is good but takes a while to get served.
Billing counter is at a very different end so, for eg, even if u want just a water bottle or an icecream scoop, u need to go to billing. Wait ur turn and then come back with slip.
I beleive they shud have a billing right there for non main course and/or drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Bikanerwala Indirapuram for lunch with my family of 4.
We ordered and made payment , after that we had to wait for 1 hour before the order was served
The waiters are clueless they brought icecream before meals.
The chowmein was tasteless without any vinegar or soya sauce.
When asked for these sauces the waiter said they are added in noodles not served separately.
Only a sachet of tomato sauce was given.
I could eat more than 2 spoons.
The AC was running at about 30 degrees
It was like sitting in road side dhaba.
I urge the management to please take corrective measures before it is too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Place...No taste in food ordered Tandoori platar and Delux thali both were so bad in taste with lassi..only salt in full food..simply waste of money...lassi is completly frozen i guess...Better not to take any chance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a tasty treat for a small party. Though some of the item were missing but other servings of the order were tasty and upto mark. Average ambiance, billing process is easy with multiple payment options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place in September 2021 and i was surprised such big chain does not have people to provide orders. Had so many odds that day which made our evening worst.
Ordered thali and given slip on counter for Dine in. After waiting about 5-7 minutes a guy came who started filling the thali and then I realised their thali what yellow layer clearly showed unwashed. After asking they cleaned that and started filling again and again they found empty jars for dal and raita and took us standing another five minute for that. After watching the way they were serving made us uncomfortable to even eat that food and decided to take refunds. After having discussions with manager finally got the refund. Sad evening due to them. I will never recommend other than ordering sweets.

Very frustrated
Just Wastage of money, Any one can see the food and justify how good it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikanervala , must visit since after the COVID , they have made some changes. The sitting at front they have placed racks with products and the billing shifted towards right side of entrance. Apart from the assorted sweets, they now have a wide range of gifting options staring for 99/- and upwards. Try the anzeer cake, they have a exclusive taste. Now you can order birth day cake too. They have started selling dark chocolates , mysoor pak. The packaging is also very attractive.
