★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misbehavior by staff. Even though I give card for the price mentioned in menu plus tax, staff demanded additional Rs 15 in cash. Which I refused. They refused to take order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service. not satisfied at all. Staff not listen customer. They do token sequence as per their wish. Customer standing over their counter and they are not bothering about it..
I dont prefer to have any food from them who dont value customer and no value customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well bikano at moments mall turned out to be a disappointment for us. We tried fresh lime soda, pappri chat and veg thali. Fresh lime soda was pathetic and pappri chat was somehow eatable. In veg thali, paneer had excess salt and chapatti served was not hot. Overall a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is just ok but very unhygienic. Caught one of their service boys picking his nose just when I was ordering coffee. I insisted on him washing his hands and also on being served by someone else. Wouid not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Rava masala Dosa and Tikki with chole. Tikki was tasty but Dosa was worst. The sambhar was meetha meetha even the chatney was also not tasty. When I complained to them,the manager said madam sambhar to khata meetha hota hai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place to have food at. You can take anyone there, it offers a wide range of food options available to order. Service is fast. The place is located inside of moments mall. I tried few dishes over there and taste was really good. Pricing is decent and staff behavior is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good place to eat. Bikano has a wide variety of dishes in their menu. Ordered this amazing Raj kachori, the person preparing the order was kind and cooperative and prepared the order as per the instructions given. Service was fast and raj kachori was extremely delicious. There's a lot of space to sit during the weekdays which might not be the case at weekends
