★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor servicing. My wife s Wego was serviced very poorly. She has problems every day with bike shutting down at signals and braking. Mileage has gone down and she has to fill 3 times for Rs100 for travelling around 120kms in 5 days. I wont recommend it to anyone. The mechanic came and he was not able to notice anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottome Line - Servicing Quality is good ( given two stars for that only) however pre service n post service is very poor.
Pre-service : Even after booking an appointment 3-4 days before for the particular time slot, No follow up from receptionist or from mechanic. After wasting the time for an hour I called them and came to know that mechanics are working somewhere else and they are not aware of my appointment..My time slot was 1.30 to 2.00 to start the work till around 4 o clock. I had spared my time accordingly. After lot of arguments mechanic came to 4.30 n the bike work ended up at around 6.30. I had two bike for servicing.
Actual work : is absolutely fine. Bike are running smooth. However my one bike is giving problem for an average, previously it was 58 and now its 44-45. And another bikes speedometer stopped working. I agree some carbo settings might had done wrong n same with speedometer cable. Very small issue.
Post servicing; For above mentioned issues I called receptionist, "She said, Our mechanics will visit you with in 2-3 days to solve the issue." Its almost 15 days passed but neither a mechanic came nor a receptionist called. I had been talked to Mr. Karmarkar regarding the issues from beginning but no response from him even. If owner his-self is not bothering the issues how can we expect from their employees!
If you have patience to spend un-necessary empty time for waiting them, If you are ok if you do not get any pre or specially post service then go ahead.

All our bikes got serviced at the same time without any hussle.
One bike was not starting and was there for months. they fixed it as well. otherwise it would be tough task to move it to get serviced. They saved our time n energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced a starting problem, early morning while going to office, Couldn't figure out what to do, There were no service centres at my vicinity, Luckily i could recall BikeDoctor's name which was recommended by my friend about 6-7 months back,
After the First call,the technician reached out to me in next 5 mins and was at my place in Sharp 21 mins from the first call, Very professional , He fixed the Starting problem in 5 mins, Moreover was kind enough to fix my brakes and light as well.
Cheers to this initiative by BikeDoctor, Not able to recall the Technician's name, But Shoutout to him as well.
Extremely satisfied. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick but oridinary servicing. Realized that shortcuts dont’t work - not professional at all. Money minted seems to be the motive very clearly. My bike has run for 76k km and still was running fine. After service it stops most often and I have to get intermittent checks done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I serviced my Activa (Old Version) via Bike Doctor last month. It was a smooth and wonderful experience. The best part was that they did what I told them to do. As my bike is 12 years old, so I always prefer someone who can provide the best service to me. And, without doubt Bike Doctor has done a great job.
My suggestion to the stakeholders, keep the good work going and try to offer some discount to your regular/long-term customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are good. So I called them for my bike repair, unfortunately they couldn't arrange technician same day as it was 2nd October. The next day they sent technician who came to pick my bike from my ofc n left another bike at my ofc (not with keys). So I trusted them. The time when technician took my bike I asked him about Approximate expense..he said around 1000 n said that it will be delivered the same day. But at 5:30 they told me that bike battery is getting charged and they will be able to deliver it next day morning only..I agreed..next day they delivered and the total billing was of 2200..I opposed n denied to pay so much.. they somehow deducted and agreed for 2000.
But frankly I liked their service as all the issues were resolved..even those issues that I didn't highlight them...so I didnt mind paying them...they also called post service call which is a professional approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken service like a month and half ago. The mechanic firstly didnt showed on day of appointment and than later next day too met me for repairing in evening. As I described problems i was facing , he said he will need to change clutch wire , air filter and oil ,which will resolve my problems.I trusted that men and asked him to do whatever is necessary. He didnt even washed my bike. Today after a month again same problems are seen again , now I have given it for a check to local mechanic near my office , his response was bike is not serviced for a long time. He has shown me air filter (that was supposed to be new) it had all the holes , oil also looked blacked. My average running of day is not more than 10km , how it is possible that oil got polluted so early !! The person has just adjusted my break wire for which he charged 1000 rs. Very unprofessional, unethical. I am not recommending this to anyone.
