Yamaha does not have any service center in South Delhi,so they do their own thing. Gives wrong information to the customer. I have been having problems ever since I bought a Yamaha bike. Instead of repairing the spare ,replace it directly. Do not try to repair it. In free service, they do not charge for pouring oil only, they take labor charge for anything else.
I have had a very bad experience with them, ever since I bought the bike.

A single mobile phone is in whole workshop if you asked the report for your vehicle they asked that advisor is on lunch as he will come he will call you..thats day no response come after cutting the call. Then next day I am also wait for the call that come from service center no response at last I'll make call and customer care team pick the call and I politely asked that is lunch finished from last day ...then the response is that why are you asking fir this then I remind her that you told me after lunch you will make sure that advisor will call me and no response is come the she told me you can also make call..why didn't you call..This types of response comes after the giving vehicle from last 10 days

I visited him at 11:00 am and he freed me at 7:00 pm.
I requested it time and again that sir I have come from Gurgaon. You free me a little sooner. Even I called their owners. But no one has ever heard of me.
It is only 9 months of my bike, which becomes my free service. Still they have taken ₹724 labor charge from me.

Dear Team,
Now you come to making the arguments. You needed to improve upon seeing the customer reviews and not make an arrangement with the customer.
Because what you have written in the fourth point is completely wrong. You check your camera first and you will see that I was constantly waiting in the waiting room. When I went to service my bike, I just went to see my bike twice to see if my bike was serviced or not. I didn't say anything to the engineer. Even I told the engineer that sir, you should service my bike a little better because I have come from Gurgaon. Delhi
In the end, I would say that by looking at the customer's review, you should improve yourself and not go with the customer and tell the customer what was wrong.
