★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I availed servicing from Bike Mechanic. Service was quite satisfactory and smooth from home pick up to drop after servicing.
My Activa had starting problem.Bike Mechanic came, started and took for servicing.
Apart from normal servicing, they did detailed analysis and found one issue related to clutch liner that I was facing since long. They fixed the issue with replacing the part.
Regarding transparency - while dropping the vehicle after servicing, they brought the old clutch liner to explain the issue. This is kind of service which we rarely see.
Post servicing - They called and followed up if everything is fine and ready to send their mechanic to check even if some issue happens in future.
I would definitely recommend Bike Mechanic for 2W servicing.

2 Wheeler Pick and drop facility is available.
Location wise very reachable . I booked servicing online and got confirmation over email.
Insurance process is also available with companies like HDFC ergo etc.
Cost wise it's medium depends on the vehicle state.

They pick your two wheeler from home at your convenience and that is the best part when you have no time to drop a two wheeler at the service station. They provide home pickup from all over wakad and service quality is also excellent. I 100% recommand contacting bike mechanic for best experience.
