★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz check the indicators and all the parts of a bike before taking it on rent as I had a bad experience but thanks to god that I didn't have to pay anything extra as Sardarji agreed with me that indicators were functioning properly at the time when I took the bike.

I booked the Activa days before my travel by giving advance of 500 Rs, the person said the rent is 450 Rs as the model is of year 2017. When my friend went to take the Activa, the person told him that Activa has been taken by another person and gave Access at the same amount. The condition was not good but since we had to leave early morning he took it. Oh God and the nightmare happened.
We started early morning and just after 2 minutes we realized that the tyre has been punctured, luckily the shop was near, we went there and came to know that there are 4 punctures in a single tyre. We had to pay 300 Rs for the repair, also the right break was not working fine. After the repair we started again and then after half an hour we realized that now there is some other issue, the scooty was making hell of noise. So, we decided to come back, our trip.was ruined completely.
I told everything to the person who was sitting in the shop at that time, he started laughing as if I am joking. I asked him to refund my deposit to which he took half an hour to return. We had lots of arguments regarding the condition of the scooty and then he gave me the number of Kamaljeet Singh...this person talked very rudely on the phone. I asked him to refund the amount of puncture, he said we don't, you would have got it punctured. We took the scooty from the shop near to Atlanta 2 and came back to our home which is in Hinjewadi Phase 2, can in that span of time a single tyre gets 4 puncture? I don't think so. We filled the petrol tank for our trip, but everything got wasted.
I came back to the shop where we got the punctured tyre repaired. I asked the person to talk to Kamaljeet Singh to which he agreed and explained the complete thing to him. After that he refunded 150 Rs more.
Seriously this was the worst experience, these people don't care about the safety of other people. We could have met with an accident, anything bad could have happened to us. But we came back safely ?
I would not recommend anyone to take any vehicle from this shop. If you care for your safety then please don't have a rented vehicle from this shop.
