★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose a Duke 200 CC bike on rent in Delhi, which looked good to me and fit well. There was a wide selection - many styles of bikes to choose from. The bike was a very recent model year, it had ABS and 6 speed transmission. It was in perfect condition, brakes were strong, everything worked and looked great. I rode over 200 Kms in 4 hours. I will be a customer here again, I felt totally at home.

Their friendly staff made all the accommodations possible to ensure we had the perfect ride. The Harley-Davidson that we rented from them was brand new and in perfect condition. we took 2 thunderbird bikes from this place for spiti trip and to our bad luck we have received a bike with faulty fuel filter and another had a faulty rear wheel bearing diagnosed after 400km of running in Rampur, Himachal.
We lost 1 full day because of the repair activity in Rampur. we spent rs 2000 of service charges and 220 rs for bearing replacement and in addition to this we had a hotel booking which was non refundable and could not reach to the destination on time. But as per their policy, Service charges are not going to be reimbursed.
Basically, they won't be held accountable for any thing that was missed from their side(Proper Service to be done which they will reply that it was serviced which is not true.)but we will be held accountable as per policy.
Their business model is to get the repair done from the customer and save the cost and time. In this case we paid for bearing, clutch wire, additional day rent for one bike (No fault of ours), 1000 rs service charges. All said, their tag line is " As per our policy" but there is no. policy for them which says give the customer a good bike which does not break down due to basic issues like fuel pump filter cleaning.
In reply to that they said it was serviced properly, which is clearly not the case. A fuel filter does not stop working after 2 refuelling. Any layman can understand this fact.
They reimbursed 1000 rs for Service of Fuel filter cleaning. They did not charge the extra rental for 1 bike but charge extra rental for another one which had faulty bearing. Also charged for the shock absorber leakage (Which I accept). Initially they offered to waive off the extra day rental for both bike but later on denied to do so due to me asking to reimburse the full service charges which happened due to non serviced bikes.
Regarding the behaviour of the staff : The Workshop manager agreed to take up the rental waiver but later on denied due to the argument which happened over phone for service charge reimbursement. He raised his voice multiple times over the phone and clearly being rude to me.
Bottom Line : I would not recommend this place for renting bikes because of the very basic reason: "Their Bike are not serviced properly" and it may leave you without any help in the middle of nowhere. Want to try your luck-- Go ahead and rent from here.

I have rented with them twice and both times have been a pleasure. My most recent rental was a Harley Davidson which was wonderful. The bike these guys gave me was practically brand new (5K miles on the odometer). You just can't beat what they have to offer.

Travelled to Shimla and Hatu Peak & the bike performance was really great and it gave me no trouble till I returned back. Suggest & recommend this place.
