★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there 2 week back,you will get good we'll maintained bikes but there service is little bit slow.the guy there kept me waiting for 1 hour for a bike.later I think the owner of the shop came and arrange me a bike.it was Hero Xtreme the mileage was good.i paid 800 for 1 day and 1000rs for security deposit.and told them I would take it out of city as I was going to bhangarh fort and they told me ok.the experience was good as it was hassle free like depositing one I'd and driving license.my trip to bhangarh was memorable.i would surely hire a bike for my next future trip in Jaipur from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Himalayan, paid 2000+ online. When I reached their office I was told that they did not have Himalayan.
Very dissatisfied at the way I was handled as a customer. But the person in charge was pleasant and helpful. He asked me to take another more expensive bike but we couldn’t come to an agreement.
Very satisfied with the refund actions. Received my refund within 4 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very chill but the bike which was given to us wasn't very safe. The breaks were very loose and the right side of the mirror was tilted. Hope so he will take care of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience of getting a bike on rent the bike was BMW G310 . The bike was in amazing condition. The experience was so good even the friendly behaviour of the person taking care of all the things, Siddharth bhaia you were an amazing host and guide ypu suggested me one of the best bikes I had ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company cheats customer and ruins their vacation by giving them a defective bike, tries to replace it with another defective bike and then refuses to return the refund that is owed to the customer.
We had rented an Aprilla and it was the biggest mistake we did.
Also, for some strange reason they don't accept Drivers ID through the Indian Government's Digi locker app.
All govt. agencies throughout the country treat ID on digilocker on par with actual ID. But these guys are somewhat special ?.
I would suggest everyone to go established places like Royal Bros, Onn bikes etc as they are trustworthy and much cheaper.
Edit: These guys have now decided to blame me and my driving skills instead of improving their own product, attitude and service. Just so you know i have been riding bikes for the past 15 years and i know when the brakes of a bike are soft and won't work in a place like Jaipur or that a bike is a substandard product . I kept calling them to change the bike at the end of 1st day itself but these guys dragged it to a 2nd day and then charged me as well. Heights of dishonesty i must say.
