★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a bike from Bikes24 online on 24th February, 2022 and paid the booking amount. But surprised they no one contacted me over phone call. Just received message of booking confirmed. The whole day of scheduled deliver I was waiting for delivery, but nobody came to give delivery. Finally I drop a a mail to BIKES24, I received reply from the bikes24 that "Due to Quality Parameters bike could not be delivered, so you cancel the booking". If the bike was not available, then why confirmed the booking?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling shining vehicles with FAULTY ENGINE AND OTHER MAJOR PARTS!!!! I bought 2018 TVS JupiterStandard - SBT but just in less then 2 months, I had to visit their authorised service centre, where it is said that the scooty has 15 parts of ENGINE and CLUTCH are faulty which would need an expence of 11000 rupees (approx).
I requested Bikes24 to take it's return but they have denied.
Company proclaims that their bikes goes throught 150 quality test which is a false claim.
