★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it 0 stars. They do not even know how to run a website. The number to contact them mentioned on their website is wrong. They are very slow in responding. My last two orders were delayed significantly, and for one of the orders they informed me about 10 days after I placed the order that they cannot deliver the items and would process a refund when I called them. They are only fit to run typical shops and not a website. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered For Biskfarm Ruskit, Britannia Ruskit Got Delivered. Ordered For Aerial Color And Shine, Just Normal Aerial Detergent Got Delivered. Soups out Of Stock But Was Not Informed. Please Improve Your service. It's More Than A Year Now But Still The Same Service.
First of all they provide this kind of service and then after seeing the bad review a lady calls up and ask to delete the review. Is this a way to deal with customer experiences. If you guys cannot accept bad review then stop asking for feedback.
MOST IMPORTANT THE LADY WHO CALLED ME REFUSED TO SHARE HER NAME WITH ME. I MUST SAY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE BIKRIMART!!!!
