★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought clutch plates of LUK company for my car only 7 days ago, but it's not working properly. After complaining to the shop owner he said it's not their fault. He said that "its customer's fault, customer should be knowledgable enough to recognize the material quality by themselves ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to buy car parts. The owner is not at all honest and can fraud you for either selling car parts on high cost or on duplication. So be aware. I had a very terrible experience with him. I had to buy drive shaft for my car and I had already discussed with the owner for replacement/return if the shaft size differs. At the time of purchase the owner seemed really helpful and convinced us that if the differs then he'll return is in full.
After reaching the garage our mechanic informed us that the shaft's size is not as per the requirement, therefore we need to get another shaft of proper size.
When we came back to the shop for returning the shaft the owner denied accepting it. After 15-20 mins of argument he agreed to return and that too also not the full amount. He deducted Rs. 500 on the cost of transportation.
We did not have the energy to argue again so we had to leave our Rs 500.
I would suggest you not but any parts from this shop.
