★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair cut was good, but was disappointed as the barber refused to use Trimmer to cut my sides & back, just because my hair wasn't washed... even when I insisted saying others don't give this reason...
Instead he requested me to allow him to wash my hair with extra charge, & when I refused & asked him to go ahead with Trimmer without washing, he declined & ended up cutting my sides & back with scissors only...
I strongly believe customer satisfaction is necessary if you want your customer to come back to you happily.
Still, overall I would give ⭐⭐⭐ for haircut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ver bad experience, my wife went to trim her hair but the hair dresser cut her hair length too short and also did not give a proper shape , very dissapointing and horrible place. Also the hair dresser said he only know 1 style abd that is U shape thats all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place 15 days back to do hair treatment for my dry and freeze hair. Hairstyles Rehan suggested me to do advance protine treatment which will cost me 4000 to 4500. I did the same. He suggest me to use same brand product to get best result later also which was costing me quite high but as always they want u to buy from them.
Lucky me I order it directly from co. So got same products in less cost and 100% genuine.
After 15 days using the product as suggest result is 0 I or anyone doesn't feel I did advance protine treatment in my hair. And when I went and told them their excuse is front hair is small it will be like this..what rubbish they talk..
I will not suggest anyone to do any treatment at this place no worth it ever and totally unsatisfied with there services.
Will never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein 1 saal se yeh Salon ja raha hun and the service which got is fantastic..staff is very professional (Harshal Powale is a gem to Billionhair) the products that they use is nice ...the vibe is very lit af. They make sure that I get satisfied after the hair cut , shave , spa, etc ... and the price also reasonable.. I have already recommended to lot of my friends and all my group travel from Mira road to dahisar just to get a haircut. Keep up the good service. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the protocols of salon....felt insulted when i visited with my friend....before hair cutting my friend ask whether they are providing service for lice hairs as she is suffering and requires short hair and after that she can go with the medical treatment for lice however after 15 mins waiting over there salon denied to provide service and stated that boss doesnt allow hair cut for hairs which have lice. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends and family....better you ppl dont teavh us about common sense...your words and your services are poor thn beggars on the road... you should put a board outside your salon that customers with such sich issues are not allowed....it was a feedback which i shared but you will are teaching me about common sense instead of apologize....worst setvice experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Dahisar West branch and loved the service. Mr Sikandar and Mr Raj were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Surely this is my go to place for any hair related advices, treatments and styles!!! Please do visit this place once, it's worth your money.
