★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Never pick this restaurant if you don't want to spoil the surprise you are planning for your friend. Ordered cake at 11:30. It did not reach even till 1 am. That is the kind of service they provide. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience. The staff is so kind and cooperative. Loved it! The cake was extremely delicious. Bimbo cake is definitely going to be my choice next time as well and I'm surely going to recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPOLIED A KID'S BIRTHDAY!!! Took an hour for them to realise they don't have the cake, for which order was confirmed an hour ago. Order placed through zomato, order delayed for 20 mins and later order cancelled without informing. Owner just refused to talk about it over call.
Dear owner, a person orders cake to celebrate something.... Don't accept orders if u can't fulfill, for god's sake!!!! (Order details attached in photo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bday Cake delivered in double time as they said they don't have ordered item. So they sent wrong and low cost item sent intentionaly. Zero value and cheap quality cakes. never buy for there discounts. Worst experience. a big No for Bimbo cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cake for mother's day. They called and confimed twice with me whether or not I wanted the cake. I asked them to tell me if they could deliver or they wanted to cancel. They confirmed that they will deliver for sure, Will just be late. After waiting for 3 hours I called them and they said they cancelled my order without any information whatsoever. They ruined mother's day. So if you want any of your parties or an occasion ruined hire them.
