★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My patients hip operation is done on 20 June 2020 on contact basis. Their site says that facilities of Swasthya Sathi is available but my patients is not permitted on card. Today is 21 June 2020, no doctor is visited after such operation to watch the situation of his patients. I m surprising after hearing such activities. I m not recommend any people to visit the BIMS in future.

After patient admit they keep patient 4 hours without any treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. In the cabins (my patient stayed in cabin 1), AC remote did not work, doors and the bathroom doors were broken, table fan was not working. Dirty furnitures and bathroom. Most importantly, they sent a sweeper to open the channel of the patient in front of us when he needed to use bathroom! The sweeper claimed he used to do that when we opposed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hospital you will find in vicinity.
For Rs. 25000/- package for Covid, we get a cabin which just has a bed, an AC and oxygen supply. My patient is Covid positive with comorbidities of being a cadiac patient with a history of angioplasty, suffers from diabetes, hypertension and hypothyroidism. And for this patient they have no monitoring equipment. They were using the oximeter owned by us. Apart from having any equipment, they do not have any trained nurse.
The nurse is abusive, behaves badly with the patient.
About her training, she doesn't know how to make a intravenous channel properly. She was testing the channel by injecting water which had HUGE AIR BUBBLES. We literally had to fight and stop the drama.
All this for Rs. 25000/- per day per cabin.
Any sweeper of a good hospital like Medica or Peerless is more knowledgeable than the nurses out there.
Also I have shared the picture of the kind of food they provide for patient. This was milk and chapati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been admitted in ICU but didn’t get any ICU facility! There is lack of doctors except bunch of assistant nurse (trainee only)! BIMS do only business.
ANY LOW GRADE NURSING HOME IS FAR BETTER THAN BIMS HOSPITAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of private nursing home. Staff and nurse are all traine, the even don't know basic things. No proper sanitization in this covid situation. Medical wastage everywhere on the floor. Poor condition.
