★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. I was dealing with Seema from their office. She called me to look at a property where there was no decent way for one to reach the place. The entire place was dug up so badly. One had to jump over a pile of wet slippery mud while avoiding jumping into public dustbins somehow. Horrible. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and behaviour specially towards females. No receipts are given, even online transactions are avoided so which will cause to increase your tax. They give lesser or no security even when you give a notice before a month. They even deny messages sent by themselves and find a way to give only 30-40% of the security instead of full amount. They don't adjust security with last month rent and ask you to pay full rent in advance instead so they can trouble ypu giving full amount back. They don't follow the rules of no keys without security payment and expect you to deposit keys without returning your security amount and in case if you argue they totally deny the payment. I have proof of all call recordings, messages and other details if what they do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They very rude and misbehaving specially with females. They avoid any written agreement, receipts and online transaction for rent so its more like they are making all black money. They don't stand on their words and deny whatever promises they make during renting the rooms. Cost is too high as per dpace. They don't pay back the full security. Most of the time they it 75%of it. It is worst if the client is a female. They misbehave and sometimes even ask to vacate it suddenly. They charge more than the actual rate of rupees 8 per unit for electricity.
