She doesn't check seriously what's the issues, just prescribed normal medicine, it seems money greedy like most other doctors. I'll strongly not recommend Bindal Skin Care. Thanks

Hi Manisha, Response to the reply you posted on my initial review: If it’s not humanely possible for you to address patient's emergency call (regardless of reason that you give) than I think you'd probably need to re-evaluate. Because, it is HUMANELY POSSIBLE, just that you must appoint folks with no dependency elsewhere (like student or secondary part time job). Appreciate you calling then next day (after I put review), but that defeats the purpose of an emergency. Whole point of having an urgent request for an emergency is to be address same day (at max). For your fist & second point: This is what I refer to as rude. If any of your suggested medicine is having any side-effects on my body, YES, I WILL BECOME RESTLESS. I didn’t call you first day I had muscle pain & headache, I called you when it was un-bearable and got period 10 days early. Hence, I contacted you when things were out of my hands and was sure that its coz of your meds I am taking. So, don’t tell me when to be restless and when not, if its my body that’s getting affected. If I’m out of city and have an emergency, I WILL CALL YOU and not travel for 12 hours in emergency, that just common sense, which I see lacking here. For your Third point: I think you and your staff missed the part when I said its urgent, hence it qualifies for an emergency, unless you have your own definition on emergency. Two of your staff members agreed to the situation being an emergency, hence asked to send the consulting document & about side-effects, which I did, right away but didn’t get any response post that. I paid you for consultation, true, but as a doctor, I would expect to address an emergency (coz of your meds not someone else's) as well. For your Fourth point: Again, If I could visit I would, I couldn’t hence called and since you talked about money, had it been the case, I wouldn’t have visited you twice and taken your suggested meds stock for 1 month worth Rs. 5000 (excluding your fee). If I had to save money I would have kept this money in bank. Interaction with you at your clinic is hardly for 5 – 10 mins., for which I paid Rs. 600. I suggest you do math and tell me, would a person who wants to save money would pay Rs.600 / 5mins ? Last point: Lastly, I respect every profession, I do work too for a profession and understand what it takes to earn money, hence regardless of what your fee is or what costs the meds you suggest, I didn’t bargain for anything and paid for every visit (even if its for 5 min) without questioning the fee (or expectign some sort of discount). And, had it not been an emergency I wouldn’t have called you instead visited your clinic as I did twice. I’m glad you responded and sorry If I offended you, being impatient during an emergency is what patients do, and they look upto their doctor for help and that’s all what I asked for. Everybody earns to live but having a generous heart that too for a doctor is all what everybody need. On a side note, being a customer, facing all those inconsistences, please highlight the part in your reply where you've shown empathy at least once. Regards, Monika My initial review - Very disappointed, i went for hair treatment and the behaviour of doctor is so rude. I have side effects from her prescribed medicine so i called to the clinic to ask another medicine then staff replied that they will consult with doctor and if doctor is free then only i can talk to the doctor and after that i called multiple times and sent messages for my condition but they didn’t care because they didn’t get opportunity to earn money on call so the doctor or any staff didn’t get back to me. They don’t care about the patient, she is just there to earn money no matter what and doesn’t care about the patient at all and about their condition. Will never go to this doctor again, worst experience ever.
