★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever, was looking for a rental accommodation here, broker called us and before the deal could happen owners said they don't want to rent it out to bachelors. Being a bachelor is a curse these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bindiya CHS. Built from 1990 till 1996. We shifted here the same year. Developed by Wadhwa Builders. Its old styled which means the rooms are bigger than most new construction. This is one of the first Housing society in Koperkhairane.
Its located besides Laxmi Veg Hotel. Opposite Shubham Palace. The building is 5 floors plus terrace and water tank. There is a fully functional elevator. This building is located on the main road and as such transport is very convenient. The bus stop is a few meters away and autos ply right infront. Ola and Ubers are available in this locality 24/7.
