★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amongst dozens of hardware stores in Sikanderpur Gurgaon, this new store that has opened up recently has been one of my best finds. Had all I needed, and whatever was not in stock was arranged for very promptly in a day’s time. What stood out was my purchase experience at the store. I could sit comfortably with the owner who himself is very hands on. He had no qualms stepping out on the shop floor, getting his hands dirty and helping me. In fact, his sheer enthusiasm and eagerness made me buy from him. What I left the store with, was excellent service and great pricing. Having visited a few times now, I found mornings to be the best time to visit for a more personal experience or if I needed some suggestions as the showroom staff is also very knowledgeable and lend practical advice. Post noon the store gets really busy. To sum it up, it’s one of the best hardware stores in Gurgaon.
