★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I tried placing an order for cake on the number provided, cake was booked and I made the payment but the next day I called for bill and cake there was something fishy. We went to the store but we got to know there site has been hacked since last 2 weeks and there is no order placed nor any payment received. They did not take any actions and were giving examples that other people are also coming with this complaint. But they are not at all supportive and have not taken any action against it. Please beaware before placing your orders from binge.

Ordered few things along with recommended product biscuit cheese cake.And it had no price tag like every other order.
Sin e it was recommended I ordered and after taking a bite I updated the manager that its not great to which manager said he will give my feedback to chef.when I was billed the other was priced for 350 and I think it was absolute LOOT.For not having a tag on the product and then serving under quality products.NEVER TO VISIT BINGE BAKERY GURGAON EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz don’t go for customised cakes. Very unprofessional team with no customer service. We had our son’s birthday spoiled because of Binge’s unprofessional behaviour. They are quick to ask for money but miss deadlines, accessories like hammer with piniata cake and are totally unresponsive when being called/message

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My perception of binge was very good as i have eaten their cakes many times in my office parties and otherwise.
But we recently bought two pastries from their outlet and when we ate them ,it just spoiled my taste and mood as the fresh fruit pastry and blueberry pastry wasn't fresh at all . It was somewhat sour and the bread was also not tasting fresh. It was a big turn off . If you are such a big name ,you should be more cautious that you aren't selling old products .
