★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know about this spa through sms that they sent to me. I've been going through the reviews here. For all the negative reviews the owner says "you are the worst client we ever had". That itself shows the character of the owner and how they deal with clients. Instead apologize and work on your services. Though I never visited this place, I will still not go here because of the owner responses. !!CUSTOMER IS KING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Spa actually employs trained masseurs. They have a variety of treatments and I took the 1 hour deep tissue massage. The massage was conducted very professionally by a well trained northeast masseur and at the end of it I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant and the staff are very courteous.

If I have to rate the massages, there hasn’t been a single time that I have left thinking of a 9 on 10...It’s a perfect score all the time! They are very accommodative and care a lot for their clients. Would highly recommend this spa!

The staff was highly unprofessional.
The massage which was supposed to be for an hour was done only for 30 minutes.

They apply the right amount of pressure i had a massage a few times and and was very pleased with the same. The part is the Spa is professional and safe place. Very hygienic and best spa in Chembur.
