★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't recommend at all , at least in Pune . Very poor after sale service . I recieved a faulty machine and even after complaining multiple times to sales guy ( Dyaneshwar in Pune) , he didnt bother to change it . I reached to mumbai office and it got repaired instead of replaced and still I had to bear the cost of courier and installation. The receptionist at mumbai office replies differently everytime and misguided customers. She promised to replace it on no cost but last minute she changed the conversation and later could only apologized .Overall ,extremely bad experience .
NONE of the time they paid courier charges. I have kept all Bills. It shows how unprofessional they are . Its total lie that they paid anytime for courier .
Second ,its not repair its replacement of faulty machine which they delivered first hand .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine has a bad finish & crude appearance. More importantly very poor after sale service, would give negative rating if possible. Xray had major fault within a year, they had to take it to the factory for repairs & then it was not returned for 10days. The reason they gave was non availability of technician. They sent just the machine by cab & I had to get it fitted myself, bearing cost of installation. And no one from Bio-Medicare even bothered to call & ask about it.
