★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birati is the one of the peaceful cosmopolitan locality in Kolkata. Well connected by all the means of transport system. It is surrounded by good schools, hospitals, shopping mall, banks, markets and best part of the location. It has a great connectivity with two major roads like Jessore Road and BT Road and from here one can easily access two railway line namely main line and Bangaon line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for LIG and MIG people. Govt. has allowed inhabitants to extend their flats at their own expenses. Now the flats have become more habitable. Buildings donot have lifts and flooring is ordinary cement polished.

It has big play grounds for children to play, greeneries to sooth your eyes and a homely environment to live with. 24 hour water and electricity supply, garbage cleaning facility too. It is one of the oldest housing complex in birati area, and the Durga puja festival is quite famous.
