★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birdys Borivali West outlet has pathetic delivery service.It takes 2.5 hours for them to deliver pastries to Borivali east. There is no preparation time involved in delivering pastries and it wasn't even raining heavily for the order to reach me so very late.Had I ordered the same from Swiggy or Zomato, it would have reached me much faster.But the pastries that I chose were not available on the mentioned apps.Hence had to contact the store directly.Extremely disappointed with the service as there was no courtesy call to me to inform me about the delay in delivery of the pastries.Im taken aback to observe such an unprofessional approach in such a competitive world .Never will I order from Birdys henceforth.You guys have completely let me down for sure.My guests went without having the desserts.Hence I don't even feel like giving you guys one star.Ridiculous...And to end it , I haven't even received an invoice for my order..Neither in Hard copy Nor through SMS..It was a horrifying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best outlet ,wherein I am ordering cakes from past 5 years. Shallu is the coordinator over there. She manages the outlet well. Plus in covid time also she has seen that all celebration happens on time. All my orders are fresh delivered and very well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst outlet with pathetic staff. There is always an issue whenever we order from them and the products are ALWAYS STALE OR NEAR EXPIRY!
Today too, I placed an order for a Sourdough Bread through Swiggy late night at 11:34 pm. They sent me a stale 3 days old bread whose expiry is today itself!
When I called the staff to register a complaint, he had the audacity to tell me "aaj ka din chalega" & "we have 3 day old breads only, no fresh stock".
Upon asking him for his name, he conveniently disconnected the phone and put aside the receiver. I tried calling again but the number said "busy" for almost 15 minutes, which means the receiver was purposely put aside so that I wouldn't be able to call back and the shop would close after a few minutes. And precisely that is exactly what happened. When the phone finally connected again at 12:04 am, there was no one around to receive my call since the shop had closed.
Thoroughly disappointed with this IC Colony shop and its useless and unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always been a fan of birdy's cakes but last week when i got a half kg new york chocolate cake from them for a birthday, take cake turned out to be extremely dry (not moist at all) i had to put chocolate sauce on the cake just to make it moist, though it still was terrible. The quality of Birdy's has gone down now and i would recommend you to get cakes from anywhere but this place which sells dry cakes
