β β β β β At Satna Cement Works Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) and Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) (43 grade) are manufactured. The plant has a production capacity of 2.20 million tonnes per annum. The plant is IS/ISO 14001 certified and has also been recognised globally for βImplementation of Environmental Management Systemβ. Satna Cement Works had received the prestigious Greentech Environment Excellence Award in 2008 and Greentech Safety Silver Award in 2009 by Greentech Foundation. It has also received Quality Circle Excellence Award from Quality Circle Forum of India and National Award for Excellence in Water Management from CII, Hyderabad.
