★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Google should start with negative ratings too. This office doesn't have power back up, not even for computers on which they have to work. Typical Indian State Govt office. 5 mins work and I had to wait till evening. First the server wasn't working, later power issue and last and most common cases piled up till afternoon. Below reviews have detailed info regarding parking, customer help desk, etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no line. It is very crowded here with no one understanding which line to stand in and where to go.
Others have brought their motorbike inside the building and parked right in the middle of lines...
The service is not efficient and is very slow. They need to have some sort of guidance and a proper area for clients to wait for their documents.
Overall, there is no order and is very confusing with all the chaos that's going on here.
They either need to find another building to work under or they need to renovate their building and environment needs to be better.
As for covid. Half the people are wearing masks and the other half aren't. Not really sure whats going on with that...
