★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for the birth certificate take it within 30 days from the date of delivery else they will cahrge 360 rs. you can collect it from room no 5 after submitting the hospital certificate you will get it after 20 days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procedure For death in a hospital. You need to give them Death Certificate Slip and Acknowledgement of Death Slip of the hospital in which the death occurred, certificate of cremation, Aadhar or ID of the person whose death is being reported and Aadhar or ID of next of kin reporting the death. The first three documents are required in original. They collect the documents and return the Acknowledgement of Death certificate with the registration number and date to collect the death certificate. Nothing else is required. Do remember to keep a copy of the first three documents. Room No 6 is to be visited for death certificate. Birth is room No 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very co-operative, they understand your need. But since its a government office so it takes a bit time and they are very procedure oriented. But if you have all the documents ready, you can get Certificates with-in 2 days.

Please do write correct spelling of your child name . And after 20 days from day of submission you have to visit to collect birth certificate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People think that making of birth certificate is very difficult but it is really very easy process and staffs are well educated and supporting here... We can make changes in the docs by process and by terms.... So don't be panic for anything think just go there and staffs will help to get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited it to register birth and get birth certificate... There were around 15 people in the line , but no chaos... Despite electricity cut and some lack of light the officers were going on with their work of paper sorting, searching to avoid inconvenience to visitors.. Fabulous
