The Biryani
Biryani is prepared in an earthen pot called Handi, the rice and meat are layered, bottom and top layer are always rice. An interlayer of some condiments is introduced between the meat and the rice. Hyderabadi Biryani is the kachay gosht ki Biryani or the dum Biryani, where the meat is marinated and cooked along with the rice. It is left on slow fire or dum for a fragrant and aromatic flavour. Lucknowni or Awadhi Biryani is a pakki Biryani. The rice and meat are generally partially cooked separately in spiced water, then layered and cooked by the dum pukht method. Kolkata Biryani is much lighter on spices and uses potato & egg to enhance its flavour. It is a sub variant of Lucknowi style of Biryani. BBK uses one of the most expensive branded rice, stringently selected meat pieces and vegetables, Kerala carefully sourced spices, authentic age old recipes to make its Biryani. • Perfect tasting biryani, which is neither too oily nor extra spicy like the other Biryani options.
Tried their Hyderabad Dum biryani.
• Phirni, at the end, just completes the meal. After a long time I had the chance to taste such a delicious phirni.
Overall, the most reliable option for Biryani. Right from the cooking of Biryani in sealed pot to the 'dum' you give over the 'chulha' which they provide, just alleviates the whole experience, taste and aroma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food, Great packing, reasonably priced. Ordered for a home get toghether. The food taste is great like ordered from a five star. Packing was very good. Was not able to heat the food due to decorators flame not turning up, but the packing was so good that the food was hot even after 3 hours of receiving.

Delivery was on time and food was packed properly.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani – Had Hyderabadi chicken biryani which was aromatic and tasted fresh and yum.
Mutton Galouti Kebab – Minced mutton marinated with ginger garlic
paste and cooked to perfection. These will just melt in your mouth :p
Best eaten with their Ulte tawa ka paratha. MUST TRY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Handi Veg Biryani from this outlet. The taste was exactly the way we wanted. The quantity of 1/2 kg Biryani was sufficient for 3 of us in my family. The spicy level was less and the taste was high in flavours. Also ordered paneer 65 which was very soft and delicious. Overall I loved it.

By the time biryani reached us, it was still warm and fragrant. The spices were on point. With this we ordered seekh kebab which were lightly spiced and tasted delicious.
