The Biryani
Biryani is prepared in an earthen pot called Handi, the rice and meat are layered, bottom and top layer are always rice. An interlayer of some condiments is introduced between the meat and the rice. Hyderabadi Biryani is the kachay gosht ki Biryani or the dum Biryani, where the meat is marinated and cooked along with the rice. It is left on slow fire or dum for a fragrant and aromatic flavour. Lucknowni or Awadhi Biryani is a pakki Biryani. The rice and meat are generally partially cooked separately in spiced water, then layered and cooked by the dum pukht method. Kolkata Biryani is much lighter on spices and uses potato & egg to enhance its flavour. It is a sub variant of Lucknowi style of Biryani. BBK uses one of the most expensive branded rice, stringently selected meat pieces and vegetables, Kerala carefully sourced spices, authentic age old recipes to make its Biryani. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wowww what an amazing food from biryani by kilo i received today..it was damn special for me as i was having totally non veg food.
All the foods were served in authentic indian style which was very good.
Packing was done very well with the biryani by kilo Matka.
It was a professional place as they have took care of everything..
I ordered an
1) Chicken Hyderabadi dum biryani
It was the best Biryani...so good and soft with no oil..very good biryani from this place.
Presentation was very good of this.
There was a big chicken pieces of Chicken at the bottom and top layer was full with rice and fried onion spread...
Rice was of very rich quality and food was freshly prepared..
A perfect non veg food i had after so long.
Biryani by kilo had taken all safety measures while delivering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently tried this place. I had their VEG HYDERABADI BIRYANI, VEG KEBABS PLATTER, MATKA PHIRNI, LEMONADE.
The flavours were totally intact and the delivery was on time. The packaging was properly done.
A must try out place.
They have many outlets in delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ordered my lunch today from biryani by the kilo and I must appreciate their contactless delivery and their packaging. The food was fresh and hot when it was delivered to me and along with the food we got an aanch as well to make our food hot. The taste was good, the non-veg platter was amazing and the biryani tasted very decent. Full marks for phirni, it came in a handi, cold and delicious.
Overall experience was great and would recommend others too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my dinner from BBK, they delivered finger licking delicious brown rice chicken biryani with delectable kababs and moreish Phirni. I got an aanch to keep biryani hot as it received in earthen pot , which I like most. Phirni too came in earthen pot with an adequate temperature. The packaging was spill proof and portions were too large in size. In my opinion its a value for money order. Wish to order again from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried chicken lucknowi biryani , veg galouti kebabs and the phirni, I loved the taste. Chicken was juicy and kebabs were so soft and delicious. Matka Phirni was my favorite, it was very yummy. Overall I loved the taste.Also packing was good.
