The Biryani
Biryani is prepared in an earthen pot called Handi, the rice and meat are layered, bottom and top layer are always rice. An interlayer of some condiments is introduced between the meat and the rice. Hyderabadi Biryani is the kachay gosht ki Biryani or the dum Biryani, where the meat is marinated and cooked along with the rice. It is left on slow fire or dum for a fragrant and aromatic flavour. Lucknowni or Awadhi Biryani is a pakki Biryani. The rice and meat are generally partially cooked separately in spiced water, then layered and cooked by the dum pukht method. Kolkata Biryani is much lighter on spices and uses potato & egg to enhance its flavour. It is a sub variant of Lucknowi style of Biryani. BBK uses one of the most expensive branded rice, stringently selected meat pieces and vegetables, Kerala carefully sourced spices, authentic age old recipes to make its Biryani. On top of it, BBK Biryani is cooked individually & fresh in the same Handi as it is served to you.

Being a bengali ordered kolkata style chicken biriyani from here.
Loved the taste.
Felt like i m sitting in kolkata and eating this biriyani great taste great quality of food.

If u wanna taste the authentic style biriyani ( hyderabadi lucknow Or kolkata) here that too in ludhiana ijust order it from here as it is the place.

They’re serving authentic biryani.
I love their burani raita that’s my personal favourite.
I feel they need to work on their starters.
Found them average in taste.
But otherwise the food is very good.
They ambience is small n cozy.
The service is good.
The staff is great.
They have options in both veg n non veg biryani’s you can order as per your choice.
I basically don’t think about any other place when it comes to biryani. Biryani by kilo is my only place.

Their special Phirni kulhad n Daastan - e - gul , both are mouth watering sweet dishes❤. You can't resist yourself to come again to this lovely biryani special space?.

They prepare fresh Biryani for every order with spices of kerala which makes the taste want for more n more.

Food is very tasty. I ordered kolkata style biryani, chicken kabab and gehloty kabab.
