★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very small restaurant. It's better to order your food because dine in can be difficult for you. The taste of the biryani is very authentic. And they also give you kesari phirni as a complimentary desert.

Though you might struggle with space if you are going with a big group
The restaurant don’t allow 1KG biryani order while dine in ( this is not good ) you have to order in multiple of 500gm if you have a big group
The ghee roast was good
And biryani is definitely good ( i even forgot to take the picture and dive into eating )
Taste the salan first before mixing it ( many will not like the taste of salan )
They cook it fresh so be prepared that orders will take some time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was excellent. But we have to wait for some 45 minutes for the order to arrive.
Also, there are only 3 tables so others will have to wait until the tables are free. So, I would like to give one-one suggestion to restaurant and the guest.
For the restaurant, if it is possible it would be great to include more tables as I can see the kitchen size seemed to be 3 times as large as the restaurant service area.
For the guests, please don't delay in going there as it becomes full very soon and you might have to wait for your turn.
In short, my experience in Biryani By Kilo was very great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to Ranchi, and this place was suggested to me for Non veg Biryani.
Hygienic place. Biryani takes 35 mins, however, worth the wait. Restaurant serves you snack meanwhile, although you can also spend some time eating starters.
Place is usually full, so you may need to wait.
Staff behaviour is a thumbs up :)

I have had Biryani in Kolkata for almost 5 years and had Kolkata biryani from the BBK outlet in Bhubaneswar also.
The one from BBK Ranchi was a disappointment. The biryani was dry and the potato was not well cooked. Attaching image of the same
