★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken dum biryani had nice long grains of rice,But hardly any good pieces of chicken. The chicken triple rice and chicken Manchurian rice too were nothing that great. The quantity is really good for the price, however the taste is not up-to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shawarma that I ordered was fridge cold… the guy on reception (Shailesh) instead of accepting and making amendments was talking back. Honestly the food quality is worst even if compared to street stalls. First and Last visit to this horrible place! The staff is not fit for customer service profile…Hopefully this review reaches the owner to take necessary action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food looked good but unfortunately didn't try and will never try. They have separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian food but the serving spoon isn't separate. They use the same one for both. Staff didn't even care about the hygiene. It being open service area, i only wonder how maddening the kitchen would be. Thanks but no thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Arabic shawarma.It was not at all tasty. Initially it was not at all hot and when I went to get it heated..I was told that the sauces are cold hence shawarma is not hot. Also they told that it will ruin the taste if you heat it. I tasted that and it was not at all tasty nor worth the cost.
Would suggest not to try shawarma from here.
You really need to improve. I would not want to give even 1 star.

I am here to share my heartfelt review being a food blogger from Times Of India, felt sorry is my first conclusion whe i tried chicken biryani at biryani house Viviana Mall 2nd floor, on top of that the raita (so called raita) is only liquid curd with redchilli powder in it.
Suggestion to biryani house, Guys I would suggest you buy biryani from other restaurants and pls try you will stop serving such dry biryanis *ero value for money and tasteless.
