Since then until date, we never had to call him twice for service related issues (hardly thrice) in 20 yrs time. Hat's off to him & his team for the dedication towards their customerd. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting tired of replacing solar geysers that’s burst during hot summer months we installed the heat exchange geyser from Bisineer. It works like a charm. Like hotels, hot water is always available. The added benefit is that I ur electric bills have come down and we are recovering the cost of installing the system. I also experienced the after sales service and appreciate that the after sales is as prompt as the sales folks. So in short, good company, good product, savings in electric bills and no downtime due to power cuts.

It has been 15 years and all these items are running fine and they have good and regular service whenever needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products maybe alright, but the service is pathetic. They don’t attend to complaints, and when they do, they claim that it isn’t under warranty and charges will be applicable. Most companies give 5 year guarantee/warranty, but this company gives nothing. Bad experience dealing with them.
