★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this place to register my complaint about the very dirty 20 ltrs jars being marketed by Bisleri.
I met their quality control officers and asked them why water is marketed in such dirty jars. I told them this is not acceptable and if the practice continued, I would have to report to the quality control authority.
The officers were nice and understood the importance of water in our life. They appreciated the fact that they require such feedback.
They promised to take measures that very old and dirty jars would not be marketed and they would also educate shopkeepers not to keep the jars in the sun.
I learned two days later the officers visited the shop and I was delivered a very good 20 ltrs jars.
We have to be quality conscious and must complaint and protest, that is the only way to bring change and educate people.
I appreciate and thank the two quality control officers from Bisleri for their understanding and prompt action on my Complaint.
