★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are over charging...they took 90 rupees...when I said the company price is 75 they said..if you take it from our shop then it would be 75... otherwise 90..
When I scan QR code in the bislari bottle it shows invalid url..I think they just in the mood of crunching common people In the covid 19 pandemic I am not going to buy anymore bislari bottle ..from the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting water delivered from this supplier since January 2021, but will never call them after today. I have been messaging Bisleri House to send me my regular supply of two big bottles of water. Mayank, the owner or manager, finally took my call today, and instead of apologising for the three days he has not replied, only kept saying to me "Just tell me this simple thing: do you want water today or not?" Finally, I said, not from you.
I moved to this neighbourhood during the pandemic and could not find another water supplier as close by, so I stuck with Bisleri House despite their shockingly unprofessional behaviour. Mayank is rude and unwilling to admit any fault at their end, even while ignoring customer requests repeatedly. There is absolutely no attention paid to the fact that it is WATER they are dealing in -- and NO domestic consumer can wait for more than a few hours for water to be delivered, specially not in the summer.
But the Bisleri House people do not pick up the phone for days on end, they cut your calls, don't even reply on Whatsapp. Even if they do condescend to reply, they frequently take two or three days to actually execute the order, and one has to call with repeated reminders. They offer, in other words, the worst user experience you could imagine. Strongly recommend staying away from them if you wish to keep your sanity.
