★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate in negative numbers. Worst service provider they did not delivered my order and I received message that your order is delivered , nobody called me for delivery . I tried customer care number so many times but nobody answered , I dropped mails also after generated the ticket they called me asked the issue and told me we will call you after some time than again nobody called me and they closed my ticket it's happening again and again.

I found the reason of its longest existence in the competitive market and many more to go. I had also observed it's Customer satisfaction and brand loyalty .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had ordered a water cans and automatic water dispenser from bisleri website. These people don't even have a human decency of calling back to inform about the delay in delivery. There is no way to track the order as it never goes beyond order placed and their call center is mere a lunch house with all sort of book replies... Go somewhere else and skip the hassle and harrassment.
