★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. They don't deliver the parcels/letters after getting delivered at their PO. Surprisingly you'll get the status as DELIVERED on SpeedPost portal. They nowhere have updated their contact number so you can't even call and get the status. No other option to wait blindly & indefinitely to get the item delivered as per their own schedule and choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much disappointed there services. Parcel dispatched from Ignou and received at Post office on 19th June. This packet is belong to us at Sanskriti Apartment, distance from apartment to Post office hardly 3 km. Without he came to apartment, they returned back packet on same day /Time. Share there system report which I captured. Dear Yogi Aditya Nath ji... Request you to pls intervene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of delivery seems take long time some time 2 or 3 days. No contact info. Need to visit for updates or receive out of delivery items. Staff is not even interested, Poor service. Picture added fr some contacts,may be this will help someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never get my speed post from this location..It always takes 8-9 days and I only have to go to post office to collect it..they donot provide any information.
Even while tracking its location is never updated to this post office..we have to raise complaint to get our post to this location too..

And more worst is this post office.
This post office is offline...we are not able to track our parcel and this post office people will not call you to inform when there is phone number mentioned on address nor they deliver you the parcel. We have to back track our parcel and need to visit this post office to pick up the parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services the person name Shakeel an old man who is in charge of delivering letter in Gaur City takes fix charges for dilvering letter if it is from some government documents than his rates are higher if you argument against him he reprimand to return back the documents. Please notice specially in Gaur City wheather he is charging this amount from every one for every visit. Please report this issues to indiapost head quarters
