★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but the service is deplorable. The waiters and management don't agree with each other. The management has no control over the staff. The waiters are callous about the well-being of the guests. The friction is very visible.
The food is above average but the overall experience is very very bad and not worth it.

Dimaond Hotel aims to bring the best of Culinary and Dining Trends to Varanasi.
In this regard, it currently hosted a "Punjabi Food Festival" chefed by Ms.Aditti Ahulwaliya.
Food~
Talking about the Food,each and every dish of the Buffet was delectable.The core essence of Punjabi cuisines was reflected in every single dish of the Festival.We had following dishes in our main course:
•Cream Chicken
•Dhada Meat
•Palak Chicken
•Butter Paneer Masala
•Sarson Saag
•Baingan Bharta
•Achari Aloo Gobhi
•Daal Makhni
•Zeera Rice
•Missi Roti
•Butter Naan
•Mirchi ka Paratha
The best part of the feast was its delicious desserts.We had:
•Phirni
•Fruit Custard
•Gajar ka Halwa
•Gulabjamun
In starters,we were served Shikanjvi plus Roasted Chicken and Fish.
Overall,the food was very rich in Taste.We felted like as if we were eating in some typical Punjabi Royalty.
Ambience~
The whole ambience of the restaurant was converted into a Typical Punjabi Dhaba.It was literally a bliss to eat the most authentic food of Punjab with all the Punjabi Vibes all around sitting here in Varanasi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very humble. They will make you comfortable. I’ve been to Bistro few times and every time I keep forgetting there schedule for Tandoor. If you are looking for any Tandoor items then you will not get it before 12 pm or after 3 pm and I guess you might get any Tandoor item after 6-7 pm. We went today for having some starters (I live their starters) but the Tandoor was closed so we tried something else.
Few times back I did tried a seek item but I’m not sure if it was paneer or vegetable seekh kebab but it was yummy.. and today I thought to try that again but sadly tandoor was closed. To my surprise I saw the same staff as I did in 2015 when I left Varanasi!
