★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This my favourite trip for Manali it's best trip for family member I am so scared for this travel agency because this travel agency in not much good for Google review but wrong this travel agency is best and very helpful for client and driver are very polite and experienced I am always recommend this travel agency because My family are hospitalised but this owner and driver are very helpful I am not for local area I am from Tamil Nadu some problem in language but he's know and appointed doctor as per talk and very helpful thanks you very much for this trip and regarding my family health

Only if they do not insist on full payment in advance, as when driver and bus are there on the road there will always be uncertainties. One star deducted for that. Rest is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. While booking the owner was very humble and given us lowest rates. But his real torture begins on the day of traveling.
Day 1 - morning 5 am the owner called and demanded for money ( we have already given 6k as advance) and said else the traveller will not move and he started once we made payment on 10k.
During our travel the traveller stopped working twice and we have to stand on the road in 40°c for about an hour. When we tried to connect with owner he didn't pick the call and no one supported us from their office.
We reached our destination at 4.30 pm which we should have reached at 1 pm max.
Then the driver stopped the traveller 2 km before our resort saying that it won't go to the hotel. You have to walk carrying your luggage. But after some arguments he dropped us on the main road near hotel.
In the next two days the driver or transport company didn't even tried to fix the traveller. So we were at bhagwan bharose for our return journey.
While returning from Kasauli to delhi driver asked 4k cash for fuel which we gave. Now the balance payment is 4k only. Then near Chandigarh Driver said sir balance payment kar do otherwise mein gaadi road per khadi kar doonga aur aage nahi jaunga and started threatening us. We again tried to call the owner and after multiple efforts he picked up the call and after long discussion agreed to take payment after reaching delhi.
I will never recommend this company.
if your height is 5ft 9inch or above, you will not be able to sit properly as there is almost no leg space. It wasn't a comfortable journey for our group.
They keep on threatening to stop the traveller or not to move it until you make payments even if you have given more than 50% as advance. The old 12 seater traveller stopped working on the way. Owner stopped picking calls.

Tempo Vehicle used is too old and in pathetic condition, in beginning of our journey from delhi to Kasauli the vehicle breakdown twice on route and driver/helper didn't even bother to get this fixed... So they waste our 3 to 4hours only deciding for self repair or to get it repair on the way. Driver was very argumentative, rude, unprofessional and unethical, want to and always ready to fight for any argument.They ruined our complete trip.
Don’t fall prey to such fraudsters for a cheap deal in terms of price.Better to go for professional service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience has been pathetic and troublesome. The drivers doesn’t have manners and are always ready for arguments. They are money centric; and driver/conductor are shameless and stalkers.
The condition of the entire traveller was average and the worst part is that traveller broke down midway. When contacted the owner, the response you get is to take another cab and reach your destination. Irrespective of the lowest rate offered, I would recommend going to some other tours and travels providing TT that cost more rather than opting for Bittoo. It would make your life more easier and argument free.
