Firstly service staff won’t properly direct service mechanic
Secondly service mechanic would only do ooper ooper ki jobs and will not address major complaints
And then mostly they will ask you to come some other day as there’s rush ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. My bike was given for service n now it doesn't work properly as before. Not even the service was completed because of lack of equipments and spare parts, I was asked to take it to Bagga link(Karol Bagh) for repair n service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is the best Bajaj service center I have ever visited. Long story short I came from Hyderabad to Delhi then My bike met with an accident in delhi. I went to this service center and they repaired my bike within few hours. They treated my bike on high priority as I was travelling further. Most importantly the behaviour of all the staffs are very good. They all are do understanding and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service you can sit and see the bike service till the end , genuine charges nothing is over charged ,honest advice by the manager and mechanic ,I have been many times in last 2 years some of the work is done without charges and token .They always give you right advice for the vehicle. Shaker is the Service Manager for KTM. Well experience mechanic to fix almost all the issue in the bike .
