★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Black Partridge Farms (BPF) in Dec. 2016 and was impressed by the setup (irrigation of the crop, delivery of nutrients to the crop, manufacture and storage of the fertilizer). I was also impressed by the commitment and dedication of the ownership to deliver the highest quality organic product.
In June 2019 I visited India and partook some of the products of BPF. Specifically rotis made of organic Wheat/Gram flour that originated from BPF and lentils/vegetables cooked in organic Mustard oil from BPF.
The food tasted great, my body was able to metabolize the food and did not throw a fit. I felt nourished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I traveled through northern India and was introduced to Black Partridge Farms. My traveling companion was acquainted with the family who own and manage the farm and we were invited to a tasting of their products. I have never had a flour product that was as easily digestible as the roti they served. Or as satisfying. And I grew up in the US farm state of Iowa! We had many dishes over the course of an hour and all I can say is I wish Black Partridge Farms was available in the US! ?
