The cab was ordered on a very short notice. Was committed to be on time.. Cab came well before time. The vehicle was new as committed and the driver Sarabjeet was exceptional polite and courteous and a safe driver. Another amazing part was the rates!! I wish them the best. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Taxi experience I had in India with them. Very professional driver and super comfy & neat cars. I had hired an Innova crysta for my 7 nights trip to Rajasthan. Our driver Mr Raj Kumar is gem of a person, very polite and full of patience. There were at times during the sight seeing where car had to go in narrow lanes through old city but he was always calm and never showed any sign impatience which I had never experienced with other cab companies. Driving was top notch and very controlled. Never ever felt any reckless driving. At the end of our trip I had plans to pay a visit to my relatives in city before leaving for airport and Mr Raj offered to wait for another two hours despite straight 8 hours of night drive and then finally dropped us at airport on time. I am extremely satisfied with the service of Black Taxi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. pricing is a little on the higher side(1-2rs per km) when compared to others but trust me it is all worth specially when you are doing longer trips. ???

Driver is so much good and he gave us very nice service from start to end. His behaviour is so cool. We are giving him 10/10 points. I wish every traveller may get same kind of person as a driver. He didn't gave us a chance for complaining. It was amazing journey. Car given by BlackTaxi was also nice.

The drivers were also in black attire. I would mention Mr. Rajkumar specifically, he made our work very easy. The coordination and services provided by him were excellent.Without a doubt i would recommend them to anyone. Best service.

The car given to me was clean, sleek, comfortable for different kind of road conditions. Charges were decent, given the whole experience I would say it was worth it. Driver was super professional, calm and composed through out different traffic conditions.
