★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 shirts, 2 pair of socks and a trouser. The guy selling me all these was good. But his manager Mr. S Singh was not at all courteous. He is not trained about soft skills and how to talk to customers. I asked for the 5 rupee change which I should get technically as it is excess amount and it's upto my discretion whether I wish to leave it, then he taunted me and compared me with customers who leave it. That's ridiculous. On the top, he was also scolding his junior employee in proximity of customers regarding his performance. Experience spoilt. Management should look into this.
