★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blinds basket was very professional in their approach. When I send a query on the website I got a call back immediately and fixed and appointment for home visit. The person came with all kinds of samples and helped in picking one. They delivered on the promised day which was with in a week. The fixing guys were very fast, they fixed 5 windows in 30-40 mins. Great work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very bad experience with Blinds Basket post initial payment.
After making initial payment they were supposed to install in 6days, but they took more than 10days to get installation done. This was after i had to make several calls escalating.
They initially answer with a fake promise, and later ignore calls very conveniently.
They promise a 6months free service post installation, however the negative experience continues they dont respond and dont send any person.
There are other reliable blinds companies, better check reviews and use them.
Dont ever use Blinds Basket Services.
They are blind to customers requests and services is 0

Post feedback, the team did get back promptly and sent a service technician to fix the blinds. Appreciate the prompt response from Blinds Basket Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got blinds installed through them in August 2021, now the blinds are not rolling up. Some issue with the rollers. I have been calling these people to resolve no response what so ever , very lazy company, people read your msg on WhatsApp but they do not respond. I had recommended for another friend but now I suggested him to look for a better vendor… Mr. Prashant pls respond and get my issue fixed…Blinds basket - pls do not do this with your customers, in today’s world negative feedback spreads faster than fire in woods ,
They came and resolved the issue, Appreciate it

Got the installation done last year and the rope broke within 6 months but thats fine as wear and tear happens but the customer service is so pathetic that it took more then a month and huge number of calls to get it rectified. So now again the locks are broken and their customer support is saying it will resolve in one week.. same answer from past one week
If you are incapable of customer support just let the customer know that you are on your own after the installation
Would suggest to not go with them EVER

Blinds basket replied so fast on this review that I actually beleived they might help me but was proved wrong again
Again its been numerous follow ups and still the same pathetic service and and the issue has not been attended yet and to top it all they have stopped picking up call
Regretting the decision to choose blinds basket

A person named Sisil came to the house took the measurement and advance payment of Rs. 5000.
After that he vanished and is not responding as to when the blinds will be installed.
Have to call 5 times in a day to get updates, still no timelines.
It has been two weeks now!
You try to support local businesses but horrible experiences like this force you to buy stuff from ikea and amazon.
Update(01.01.2022):
On request for refund, the refund was given in a days time.
Updating the rating to two.
