★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience as the owners are very rude no professionalism and after the sampling our team has written them mails for sending the quotation for the bulk order and start with my production but they don’t know what we had discussed in the last conversation and my recommendation is that dont waste your time and money with bliss as they are many good vendors in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no professionalism. The owners don’t know how to speak to their clients. There are no updates with sample orders also they do not communicate well and have to be chased for with every little thing. They have only one whatsapp no and due to which there is a communication gap and they think that they are the only suppliers in the market and my personal suggestion is do not work with them as you will end up going in losses with your own brand or label. Highly disappointed. Worst experience ever. They have one receptionist who will give you false promise of calling back to update you on the order. My own business has suffered due bliss packaging company. Please be careful with them.
As they talk about zero tolerance to abusive language. No language of as such was used. They only make you wait owners are very busy for their clients if you see they have time to reply to our feed back but orders and production they don’t know also they are saying its mentioned on quotation first of fall there was no quotation sent only! plus they haven’t refunded our sampling money so when we saw they are not refunding we gifted them as luck ??
