After several bad experiences over the year I was nervous about getting my hair cut. I decided to give Great Hairdressing a try after a recommendation from a family member and I was not disappointed. My stylist Kasim really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Kasim was friendly but didn’t force the conversation as some do. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I absolutely love my new style and I’m already excited to go back. Thank you.

Very good service. The owner is very cordial. Best thing is the saloon is open till 9:00 p.m. so even if you're a working person who gets free late then you can get services from here!

They first told one price for a service then at the time of payment they increased the price. Also very rude staff with no importance of customer

Did not expect this. I along with a family member came to get hairstyle done for both of us. But salon people started convincing to take the whole package in which they will do makeup, hairstyle, draping etc. After a lot of denial from our side as we had time crunch, we agreed finally. But I am most disgusted with the experience we had in the salon. First of all, if you guys convince people to give more money and get everything done by you, you should have enough assistants to provide your service with perfection and in time, which you completely failed at. 1. Me and my family member were running after them to do our makeup, hairstyle, draping etc as they had just one girl(which also dissapeared after some time) at service, for both of us. This should not have been done like this. They should be ready with their service rather we were waiting for them to get us ready. We should have been gotten ready side by side, which could save us a lot of time and not had created hassle as happened that day. 2. There was no perfection. None at all. The service completely seemed like from an amateur. 3. What is the use of makeup if you can not conceal the spots on face, the least. The makeup base was not up to the mark. I get ready much better than this on my own with the Drugstore cosmetics that I have. 4. Both the eyelashes came out from inner corners of the eyes during the function. and I had to remove them out of embarrassment. 5. The under-eye area oxidised and got grey within an hour. I had noticed it in the salon itself and told them but they did nothing about it. All there was happening was rushing, from me to other person and back to me. As there was only one girl to do everything for both of us. 6. The main reason, I had gone there for was hair. But the hair opened up, curls opened up completely, obviously the curling technique was not right. The stylist did it so casually that the accessories I asked them to apply came out, like literally. I have gotten my hair styled many a times from other salons. The curls stay for about 3 days. But this time it did not stay for 3 hours the least. A marriage function goes for about 8 hours. A customer wants her hair intact atleast for this much duration. And these people were taking guarantee that it will stay till I do not wash my hair. All fake talks to befool the customer. Is that what a customer expects? That is the worst case that can happen. My hair looked like it was not styled at all. Plain Hair would have looked better than it. 7. Bindi was not applied. The mang tika was not set with any glue or tape. Nail Paint was not applied. As I had to wear a Lehenga, they did not have anything to do in the draping, Just had to set the Dupatta but In the name of draping, there was just one pin on my shoulder. Just One pin in the whole draping of the so much heavy Lehenga Dupatta. Eyeliner on one eye was winged and other was not even complete. I looked like a clown. I went home from the salon and I felt like crying. This was the worst decision. Still I corrected whatever I could at home, myself, touched up makeup again, set my Heavy Lehenga Dupatta from everywhere. These guys just thugged us. They should really learn that good interiors do not bring customers, skill does, which they surely do not have in the Makeup and Hair.
