Ordered on 01/30 !!!!! Flowers for Valentine’s.
They weren’t delivered on February 14,15,16. No way you can join them by phone. If you want to chat, there’s only one guy called Jon who stops chatting after a couple of sentences.
As for mail they answer after at least 24 hours.
They said I would get a BIG upgrade. No refund or discount.
Finally delivered & it was a ridiculous bouquet. My girlfriend wasn’t happy.
NEVER again. Trust me. Try any other place.
